Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee staff education and training programs Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for staff training Provide ongoing education in infection control, safety, and best nursing practices Support new hires with orientation and onboarding programs Monitor and maintain employee training records and certifications Work closely with nursing leadership to enhance quality of care and professional development
What We're Looking For:
Active California LVN license required DSD Certification required
