$78,000 - $82,000 annually, DOE + Bonus Oak Glen Post Acute is seeking a passionate and dynamic Director of Staff Development (DSD) to lead and elevate our clinical education programs. Position Responsibilities Lead, develop, and implement engaging educational programs for nursing staff Ensure compliance with all state and federal training requirements Coordinate orientation, onboarding, and ongoing education for clinical team members Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and compassion Support quality improvement initiatives through staff development and training Qualifications Active LVN or RN license in the state of California Director of Staff Development (DSD) certification required Previous experience in staff development or clinical education in a healthcare setting Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Passion for mentorship and professional growth About Oak Glen Post Acute Located in Cherry Valley, California, Oak Glen Post Acute provides 24-hour skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation services throughout Riverside County.
