JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Manager Organizational Development, reporting to the VP of HR, is responsible for leading the enterprise strategy for leadership development and manufacturing operations training in alignment with business priorities and long-term growth objectives. This role partners closely with leaders to identify critical skill gaps and ensure effective, scalable training solutions are delivered. Serving as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and HR, this role provides expertise in organizational capability, leadership effectiveness, and operational skill development. SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Develop and execute the enterprise strategy for leadership development and manufacturing operations training aligned with business goals. Partner with manufacturing and business leaders to identify critical job skills, operational capability gaps, and leadership development priorities. Work with managers and employees to identify individual skill gaps and create personalized development plans that align with both employee career goals and company objectives. Partner with HR VP/HRMs to facilitate Succession Planning processes and organization wide Talent Review processes. Translate business and operational needs into structured learning requirements and partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure relevant training content is developed. Enable and guide SMEs and internal partners in the creation of effective training modules, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment to organizational and operational standards. Own and manage the enterprise rollout plan for leadership development programs, ensuring scalability and consistency across sites and cohorts. Lead the implementation and facilitation of the DDI Leadership Development program, including ownership of the rollout and execution of leadership cohorts. Evaluate program effectiveness through participant feedback, operational metrics, and business impact; drive continuous improvement. Facilitate leadership development sessions and cohort experiences, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong participant engagement. Lead the enterprise DiSC assessment strategy, integrating insights into leadership development to enhance communication, team effectiveness, and leadership capability. Design, implement, and oversee structured mentorship programs that foster employee growth, enhance leadership development, and support talent retention across the organization. Support the development and execution of manufacturing training programs, including onboarding, job skills training, compliance, and ongoing capability development. Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring effective assignment, tracking, reporting, and overall learner experience across manufacturing and corporate populations. Partner with technical teams and vendors to maintain LMS functionality and support enterprise training initiatives. Use data insights, operational trends, and business needs to evolve training and leadership development strategies. Provide direction and governance to internal facilitators to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of leadership and training programs. Align development efforts with employee engagement, safety, quality, and performance objectives. Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on leadership effectiveness, workforce capability, and development planning. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent development to ensure Elevate Aircraft Seating remains at the forefront of HR innovation. Manage or direct a global Training and Development team, providing direction and identifying development and engagement opportunities that support and encourage high performance. Protect the confidentiality of the company's information and products. GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Education, Knowledge, and Experience Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field preferred. Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in facilitating and designing employee training and leadership development. Skills:
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, training needs assessment, and curriculum development. Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all organizational levels. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills. Strong project and program management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and enterprise initiatives simultaneously. Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate program effectiveness and leverage data to drive decision-making. Ability to build partnerships and influence stakeholders across functions and organizational levels. Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS), HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Skills/Experience:
Experience with HR systems, including HRIS, LMS, and Unipoint/Quality Management Systems (QMS). Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred. Experience with Litmos LMS preferred. Experience with UniPoint or similar QMS platforms preferred. Certification in DiSC, DDI, instructional design, coaching, talent management, or related development methodologies preferred. Experience administering leadership assessments and development tools. Experience supporting global organizations and geographically dispersed teams preferred. Familiarity with applicable federal, state, local, and international employment regulations as related to employee training and development. Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align talent and organizational development initiatives with business objectives. Demonstrated success using metrics and analytics to evaluate learning effectiveness and organizational capability development. High emotional intelligence and the ability to influence, coach, and develop leaders at all levels of the organization. Other:
