This individual will work with stakeholders and developers to create world class training, helping in accelerating the world's transition to renewable energy. This role will oversee the Training Coordinator team that directly supports training on different lines in the factory. This candidate must be highly driven, organized and have a passion for developing people. You will be expected to challenge and to be challenged, to create, and to innovate. What You'll Do Manage the training staff to ensure professional onboarding and training and manage day-to-day activities associated with new hire training and onboarding teams Work as a liaison between our stakeholders and our development team to create interactive instructor led, online training, and lineside training for our employee population Work closely with leadership to understand needs and challenges, ensuring world class training for production, maintenance, engineering, and any other role during onboarding consistent with KPIs Collaborate with recruiting daily to understand the priorities for each shop Create and maintain standard work for each operation pre, during, post training Develop and facilitate training and development, learning initiatives, and training recommendations for specific disciplines.
