The Training Director oversees the training and development of the company's employees. Training Directors are responsible for creating and implementing training programs that enhance employee performance, foster a culture of continuous learning, and align with the company's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities include:
Developing training programs Implementing, scheduling and hosting training initiatives (to include but not limited to company initiatives and programs such as Electronic Payables, Portfolio Manager, Invoice Ingestion, Vendor Compliance, Automated Inspections, Payment Processors) Developing and scheduling vendor hosted training Scheduling vendor hosted training by region to include by not limited to HD Supply, Lowes, Apartments.com Software and Support for Property Management (PM) software to include but not limited to AIM, AppFolio, Entrata, Yardi Implementation of policies and procedures as it relates to PM software and operations - both on-site and corporate functions Assistance with development and implementation of policy and processes Evaluating training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics Managing training budgets including planning, allocating resources, and ensuring the training programs are cost-effective without sacrificing quality. Leading training teams and the management of teams of trainers, facilitators, and sometimes external consultants Staying current with industry trends including new technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices Ensuring that all training programs comply with relevant regulations, standards, and organizational policies
Requirements:
Experience working with Learning Management Systems Experience working with Project Management Software and Content Creation Tools 6 months experience in the property management industry Strong communication skills both written and verbal The ability to remain professional and courteous in a fast-paced working environment Organization skills with strong attention to detail

Compensation:
