Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and on-the-job training programs for employees across various departments and levels of the organization.
  • Deliver onboarding, compliance, leadership, professional development, and operational training programs.
  • Partner with Human Resources and business leaders to identify training needs and support workforce development initiatives.
  • Assist in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of training materials, presentations, job aids, and learning resources.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Support leadership development and succession planning programs by facilitating workshops and learning sessions.
  • Maintain accurate training records and ensure completion of required learning activities.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers to reinforce learning objectives and promote skill development.
  • Support organizational change initiatives through training and communication efforts.
  • Stay current on adult learning principles, facilitation techniques, and industry best practices to continuously improve training delivery.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in training, facilitation, learning and development, or organizational development.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering training programs to diverse employee groups.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional methodologies.
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training technologies preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
