MRSH). A day in the life. Responsible for managing the Private Client/Personal Lines training program for all PCS colleagues in the MMA FL region. This role will work closely with the SVP of PCS as well as the Learning & Development Team to achieve MMA's strategic learning and development goals. The PCS Trainer will design, implement & monitor the training program and oversee the implementation of various initiatives as defined with MMA's strategic plan. Confer with and actively engages the management team and keeps leadership informed of significant matters where oversight is essential. As our PCS Trainer, you'll Collaborate with PCS Senior Leadership to understand, develop, and execute on the PCS Training Program. Work with PCS Senior Leadership to identify, prioritize, design and deliver training programs to achieve strategic learning and development goals. Leverage & improve foundational curriculum for new hire onboarding and ongoing training support. Develop training content for new and existing colleagues for system functionality, best practices, etc. to support PCS systems. Serve as a subject matter expert to users to ensure continuous improvement of training on technical knowledge to include new and refresher courses, intermediate & advanced topics. Collaborate with Operations to test PCS workflow processes & procedures and develop training materials. Collaborate with managers to fully understand technical skill gaps, workflows & processes and individual knowledge deficits and training needs.
Create practical resources:
playbooks, job aids, quick guides, and assessments. Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses; design targeted learning (classroom, virtual, microlearning, e-learning). Partner with business leaders and the Talent Management team to identify resources available to support learning & training needs. Represent the FL region on the
MMA U - PCS
Workgroup. Provide general direction to assure compliance with insurance regulation and other laws; keeps informed of any new legislation that may impact the business; and establishes overall policy for effective representation of the Company. We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: Bachelor's degree or related field required or minimum of 5-8 years of PCS Account Management experience including systems, compliance, and various client size. Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong management and demonstrated team-building skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to effectively build and maintain positive and trusted working relationships with management and peers. Must have the ability to work under pressure and multi-task. Learning and Development experience preferred but not required. Proficiency in MS office applications required.
