• Contract Job description Our local agency is growing, and we are looking for the right candidate to help train, mentor, and develop a successful sales team here in NW Florida.

A Day in the Life A typical day in the life of a Development Manager is often busy and involves a variety of tasks and responsibilities. Here's a summary of what a day in your life might look like: Team Development Conduct coaching sessions with team members to discuss targets, strategies, and address any challenges or concerns they may have. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of the team members. Provide ongoing coaching and support to individual team members, offering guidance on effective sales techniques, objection handling, and relationship-building strategies. Business Development Work with leadership team to identify and hire team members to drive revenue growth and build strong client relationships within our market. Attend meetings with clients and accompany team members on client visits to observe their selling techniques and provide feedback. Network with industry professionals, attend conferences, and participate in professional development activities to stay current on best practices. Collaborate with the leadership team to develop strategies and set targets for the agency. Analyze metrics to identify areas of improvement and create action plans for business success. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide relevant insights and recommendations to team members. Dedicate time to administrative tasks, such as updating training materials, documenting training progress, and maintaining training records.
