PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Work collaboratively with Director of Quality and Training to ensure all identified staff are Safety Care Trained. Responsible for on-going behavior reduction, crisis management, and assent-based training to all levels of staff. Work collaboratively with the Director of Quality and Training to ensure there is a minimum monthly cadence on Safety Care Training implemented within the company Manage all required safety care documentation report to Director of Quality and Training on this data monthly. Schedule all staff for Safety Care trainings in order to keep credentials current. Collaborate with Peer Review team in clinical department in order to ensure all high priority cases have staff that are Safety Care trained. Responsible for attending peer reviews and providing clinical feedback to ensure high quality of clinical services that prioritizes the client and staff's dignity and safe. Work collaboratively with the Director of Quality and Training to analyze training outcome data, incident trends, and peer review findings in order to proactively identify gaps, update training content, and make recommendations on policy/procedure changes. Provide and monitor safety care training to assigned states and BCBAs/BTs within those states. Ensure all previously trained staff are re-certified annually Independently set and manage travel schedule monthly Be direct point of contact & manager for BTs and BCBAs requiring training within the company. Embed assent-based and trauma-informed principles across all levels of staff training. Identify training needs across the company Responsible for the implementation and development of BCBA onboarding and training Responsible for developing and maintaining a competency-based BCBA onboarding curriculum that includes structured skill assessments, observable performance benchmarks, and individualized feedback to ensure all new BCBAs demonstrate clinical proficiency for key role responsibilities within their first 90 days. Implement additional trainings as needed for the training department Working ABA experience with children in a 1:1 setting Minimum education -Master's Degree in ABA or like degree with three (3) years related experience. Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be fluent to manage data on SharePoint systems, proficient in Microsoft word/excel/PowerPoint & ability to learn new systems (e.g., scheduling systems) as needed for position. Must be a creative, hard-working, dependable individual with a passion for working with individuals diagnosed with autism, and a positive up-beat attitude for helping children. Reliable transportation is required to and from work. Dependable individual with strong work ethic and collaborative work mentality. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Employee must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Required to perform activities that entail: fine and gross motor skills, kneeling, sitting on floor level, or standing for periods of time.
