If so, consider stepping into the impactful role of a Training Supervisor at Newrest, a global leader in in-flight catering. In this position, you will oversee the training program for employees from diverse socioeconomic and educational backgrounds. Your primary responsibility as a Training Supervisor will be to assess current training programs, develop new training programs, implement measurement tools, and provide feedback. Under the guidance of the Assistant Training Manager, you will need to implement the training programs, policies, and procedures to fill the learning gap. You will supervise and coach new transportation employees, ensuring their compliance with Newrest policies and procedures. Throughout the training process, you will use various learning tools such as handouts, realistic photographs, videos, diagrams, visual aids, props, carts, and carriers. Providing expertise in development design. Identify training needs and provide recommendations on programs and activities. Conducting staff training. Maintaining records and providing participants with feedback. Guiding managers and supervisors in developing training skills. Delivering training programs. Embrace different training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions, or coaching. Other job duties may be assigned based on operational need Education/Experience Requirements High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in education, Training & Development, or Human Resources preferred. 2-3 years of experience in a training role, teacher role in education, or HR role with a strong emphasis on Training & Development Ability to communicate effectively with various personalities and people at all levels. Ability to pay attention to small details while looking at the big picture. Ability to deliver practical training on a variety of subjects. Strong leadership experience with experience in start-up or turnaround environments Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate with non-exempt employees at upper management levels. Strong ability with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to effectively collaborate with site operations, functional leaders, external clients, and vendors.
