Full Job Description Job Summary:
Acts as the on-the-ground leader responsible for community engagement and workforce pipeline development at the regional/site level.
Responsibilities:
Lead stakeholder engagement and workforce initiatives locally Build partnerships with schools, trade programs, and community organizations Align workforce pipelines with hiring timelines Represent the program in the community
Required Experience:
10+ years in community engagement, workforce development, or operations Experience working with local governments, workforce boards, or educational institutions Experience supporting construction, infrastructure, or data center projects
Preferred:
Strong local/regional network
