Requirements A proven understanding of and experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficient in training methodologies and demonstrate superior teamwork abilitlies. Ability to assess current training needs, develop new training programs to enhance productivity. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and confidently to diverse audiences. Conduct training programs to all levels of unit staff. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Accurately maintain training records. At least 2 years experience supervising multiple employee's. Must be able to work any shift as needed. May be required to conduct training on multiple shifts. Effective communicator in both written and verbal correspondence as well as an effective presenter. Proven ability to prioritize and effectively manage their day. Strong understanding of the department machinery/equipment and all safety requirements. Strong commitment to safety and quality. Knowledge of PC and software programs Word, Excel and Power Point. Must believe in the team approach to solving problems and have proven success in leading teams to resolution.
