You will:

Recruit & Develop

• Hire, train, and grow top-tier service technicians Coach for Performance
• Drive daily improvement through hands-on mentorship Lead Revenue Growth
• Teach technicians how to present solutions and exceed KPIs Own the Numbers
• Manage department performance, KPIs, and P&L alongside leadership Optimize Operations
• Work with dispatch and CSRs to improve efficiency and execution Build Culture
• Create a team that is accountable, motivated, and proud of their work Contribute at the Top
• Play a key role on the leadership team to drive company growth Compensation & Leadership Perks $85,000
