Job Description

at Department of Military Affairs in Rantoul, Illinois, United States Job Description Essential Function 1Onboarding and Training. • Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation. • Management of the staff using the national on-line learning management system. • Maintain training files for all staff members. • Schedule training for staff members. • Provide supplemental training as required by State and local requirements.

Essential Function 2Administers the formulation and implementation of staff training programs. • Develop staff training plans and schedules training for all Lincoln’s Challenge Academy staff. • Evaluate staff performance to determine specific gaps and training needs • Coordinates time and place for all staff training.

Essential Function 3Curriculum development and coaching. • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on at-risk youth needs, including de-escalation tactics and crisis intervention. • Provide feedback on behavior management strategies.

Minimum Qualifications 1Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of two years college and one year administrative experience.

Preferred Qualifications 11. Prefers working knowledge of the methods and techniques of developing and conducting programs. 2.
