Job Description

Advanced Goalkeeper Director New England Force South Shore, Massachusetts (Weymouth, Pembroke, and surrounding locations) Position Overview New England Force is seeking a passionate, driven, and experienced Advanced Goalkeeper Director to lead and build a best-in-class goalkeeper development program across all age groups. This is a leadership role responsible for owning and operating the entire goalkeeper pathway within the club. The ideal candidate will bring high-level coaching expertise, strong organizational skills, and a modern approach to goalkeeper development, including the use of video analysis and performance tracking tools. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Management Run the full goalkeeper program for New England Force across all teams and age groups (U7-U19+) Take full ownership and control of the goalkeeper department, including curriculum, structure, and standards Design and implement a clear GK development pathway aligned with the club's playing philosophy Schedule and oversee all goalkeeper training sessions, ID clinics, and supplemental programming Coaching & Player Development Provide direct coaching and mentorship to goalkeepers across all levels Maintain consistent communication and direct contact with all GKs and families when appropriate Identify and track goalkeeper progress, including individual development plans Integrate goalkeepers into team tactical frameworks and match preparation Video Analysis & Performance Review Utilize video platforms (e.g., Veo & Hudl) to conduct goalkeeper-specific video analysis Lead individual and small-group film review sessions Provide actionable feedback tied to technical, tactical, and decision-making improvements Utilize MiMentor e-learning platform to instruct GKs in the Force program Staff Collaboration & Development Work closely with and manage other goalkeeper coaches within the GK department Collaborate with team coaches and directors to ensure alignment across all teams Lead internal GK staff education and maintain consistent coaching standards Qualifications Previous experience as a Goalkeeper Coach or GK Director at the club, academy, or collegiate level Strong understanding of modern goalkeeper training methodologies Experience with video analysis tools and performance breakdown Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to build relationships with players, staff, and families
Preferred:
