Job Description
Compensation:
The expected salary range for this role is $95,000 - $125,000, based on experience and alignment with the scope of the role. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, demonstrated impact, and overall fit for the position. What You'll Be Responsible For Leveraging workforce data (engagement, turnover, exit feedback) to inform targeted actions that drive results Enhancing leadership effectiveness so it consistently translates into everyday behaviors and team impact Building workforce capability by developing practical skills that strengthen how teams collaborate, communicate, and serve Continuing to elevate engagement and retention through meaningful leadership practices What Success Looks Like First-year turnover remains strong and continues to build over time Engagement deepens through meaningful, sustained practices Internal talent grows and is ready to step into critical roles as needs evolve What You Bring A track record of driving meaningful results through leadership development initiatives The ability to translate data into decisions and measurable action A proven ability to build trust with leaders and guide conversations that lead to clear decisions and impact How You'll Make an Impact (and Why It Matters) You'll focus on impact ensuring every initiative connects to a clear outcome that moves the organization forward. In this role, you'll help create an environment where people find purpose in their work, feel that what they do matters, and choose to stay and grow because of it. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field 5-7+ years of experience designing and leading leadership development initiatives with measurable impact Ability to travel regularly to communities to lead onsite workshops, facilitate in-person learning, and partner directly with leaders to understand needs and drive practical, high-impact development Strong facilitation, communication, and ability to influence leaders at all levels Demonstrated ability to translate data (engagement, turnover, feedback) into actionable development strategies Experience designing practical, application-based learning that strengthens leadership effectiveness and team performance Ability to assess effectiveness of programs and adjust based on outcomes Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement targeted solutions Benefits That Support You We want the people who care for others to feel cared for themselves.
