Feedback Fanatic:
Analyze training surveys to spot trends, lean into improvements, and adjust on the fly.
System Sorcerer:
Master our training software to keep every learner on track and organized.
Sales & Service Igniter:
Firing Up Financial Growth Sales Trainer Extraordinaire:
Create dynamic sales programs that give our staff the tools to help members achieve their dreams.
Needs Investigator:
Partner with Branch and Regional Leaders to diagnose gaps and provide targeted, high-impact training.
Effectiveness Scientist:
Measure the impact of training, prove its value, and tweak for maximum ROI.
Leadership Development Catalyst:
Shaping Future Icons New Manager Mentor:
Partner with Regional Managers to map out personalized, winning training plans.
Progress Pacesetter:
Maintain a pulse on new managers to gauge their learning and offer ongoing support.
Trainee Tamer:
Collaborate with leadership to create strategic development paths for our Management Trainees.
Service Experience Guardian:
The Genisys Revolution GSR Steward:
Maintain and evolve our signature Genisys Service Revolution (GSR) training.
Yearly Refresher:
Deliver annual training that keeps our service standards sky-high and consistent.
DE&I Advocate:
Fostering Inclusivity Culture Curator:
Design, implement, and lead DE&I initiatives that make our organization a place where everyone belongs.
Resource Hub Builder:
Curate our DE&I Google Site with monthly observances, educational resources, and fresh perspectives.
All-Around Team Player Policy Pro:
Assist the Branch Operations Manager in making policies clear, accessible, and easy to follow.
Community Crusader:
Roll up your sleeves for community involvement-because we believe in giving back! What You Bring to the Table!
LOCATION
The Heart of the Action This position is 100% in-office at our Auburn Hills, MI headquarters.
Please note:
Remote or hybrid options are not available for this role-we need your energy on-site!
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION
The Foundation A Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience is preferred. Must be able to become and remain 100% bonded.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Your Track Record 3 to 5 years of related experience in a financial institution. 2+ years of supervisory experience (leading others to greatness!).
Proven Sales Experience:
This is a must! You know how to close the deal and teach others to do the same.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
The Insider Edge Deep "insider" knowledge of Credit Union products, services, and field of membership.
BSA SPECIFIC SUPERPOWER
The Compliance Guardian You are fully versed in
BSA, CIP, CTR
reporting, and OFAC requirements. You keep us safe, sound, and spectacular.
