Learning Program Manager Mike Morse Service Organization LLC Southfield, MI Job Details 2 hours ago Qualifications Bachelor's degree Stakeholder relationship building Full Job Description Summary The Learning Program Manager partners with departments across the firm to identify training needs, support operational goals, and develop scalable learning solutions that enhance employee performance and readiness. This role collaborates closely with leadership, subject matter experts, and the Learning & Development team to design, implement, and maintain engaging learning programs and role-based curricula within the firm's Learning Management System (LMS). The ideal candidate is collaborative, organized, and solution-oriented, with the ability to translate operational processes into effective learning experiences that support both employee development and business objectives. What You'll Do Partner with department leaders and subject matter experts to identify training and development needs across the firm. Design, develop, implement, and maintain learning programs and role-based curricula within the firm's LMS. Support the creation of engaging training materials and learning experiences aligned with operational processes and business goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure learning content remains accurate, relevant, and up to date. Manage learning-related projects, timelines, and deliverables across multiple departments and initiatives. Monitor training effectiveness and identify opportunities for process improvement and learning enhancements. Support employee onboarding, role development, and ongoing professional growth initiatives. Maintain strong working relationships across departments to ensure alignment between operational needs and learning solutions. This is an individual contributor role. Requirements Bachelor's degree required Prior experience in Learning & Development, training, instructional design, education, or a related field preferred Law firm experience preferred Familiarity with law firm operations or legal environments is a plus Ability to travel occasionally based on client needs Working Conditions Primarily remote with occasional in-person engagements Frequent collaboration with firm leadership and department teams Regular use of learning technology platforms and business systems Why Join Us?
