Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and visionary Director to lead our organization's strategic initiatives and operational excellence. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development and implementation of educational programs, foster innovative curriculum development, and drive organizational growth through effective leadership. Duties Lead the design, development, and refinement of curriculum to meet educational standards and organizational goals Develop and execute strategic plans that align with the organization's vision for growth and impact Oversee fundraising efforts by cultivating relationships with donors, partners, and community stakeholders Manage budgets effectively to ensure financial sustainability while supporting program expansion Provide strong leadership to senior management teams, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment Supervise staff across departments, ensuring high performance through coaching, mentoring, and professional development Represent the organization at public speaking engagements, conferences, and community events to promote its mission and initiatives Requirements Proven experience in education administration or related leadership roles with a focus on curriculum development and program management Demonstrated success in fundraising activities and building strategic partnerships Strong background in budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation Extensive management experience with a track record of supervising teams and leading organizational change Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences through public speaking and presentations Classroom teaching experience or working directly with students is highly desirable Leadership qualities that inspire innovation, collaboration, and a shared vision for success Join us as a transformative leader dedicated to shaping educational excellence!
