Work Environment :

$66,400Fixed Annual Rate Team Culture :

We're thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Talent Development (TD) Supervisor to lead a dynamic regional training team at Dungarvin! In this vital role, you'll drive impactful orientation and ongoing training programs, directly supporting our Operations teams and empowering employees to grow their skills and careers. As TD Supervisor, you'll lead a team of trainers across multiple sites, ensuring consistent, compliant, and engaging training experiences. You'll also help shape the future of the Talent Development department; this role is a great fit for someone ready to grow into future strategic or leadership opportunities.What You'll Do:
Lead & Coach:
Supervise regional training staff, provide ongoing coaching, and support professional development through evaluations and mentorship.Drive Training Excellence:
Oversee New Staff Orientation (NSO) and continuing education programs to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.Design & Develop:
Create and update engaging training content, manuals, and resources aligned with adult learning principles.Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
Work with Operations, HR, and leadership teams to identify skill gaps and prioritize training initiatives.Ensure Compliance:
Maintain instructor certifications and ensure all training aligns with policies, regulations, and Dungarvin's service philosophy.Track & Improve:
Monitor training effectiveness using feedback and key metrics like completion rates, certifications, and learner satisfaction.Leverage Technology:
Utilize Learning Management Systems and training software to deliver, track, and analyze training across multiple locations.Maintain Records:

Work Experience:
2+ years of experience or education in staff training or developing training programs and curricula.Technical Proficiency:
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook), virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams, GoToMeeting), and familiar with e-learning tools, Learning Management Systems (e.g., Relias, Cornerstone), and content authoring software (e.g., Articulate, Canva).Leadership Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.Training Design Expertise:
Proven experience in developing and implementing effective training programs using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices. Physical requirements : Instructors must demonstrate physical coordination and skill, which may include the ability to maintain balance while moving or being pushed or pulled. They must also be able to lower themselves into a half- squat position while keeping their back straight.NICE TO HAVE
Training & Certifications:
Certified (or willing to become certified) inCPR, CBRF
First Aid, Fire Safety, Standard Precautions, CPI/MANDT, and other required Dungarvin or state trainings.Regulatory Knowledge:
Familiarity with care industry regulations and compliance standards such as HIPAA, OSHA, CBRF, and Medicaid.Relevant Experience:
Previous work in human services, healthcare, or developmental disabilities, with direct experience or strong understanding of the populations served, including developmental disabilities and mental health. Additional InformationSKILLS CRITICAL FOR SUCCESS
