Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional patient care while maintaining a reduced leadership caseload Lead daily clinic operations, ensuring excellence in patient experience and outcomes Mentor, coach, and develop clinicians and support staff Drive employee engagement, retention, and team performance Manage clinic financial performance, staffing, scheduling, and operational goals Foster physician, employer, and community relationships to support clinic growth Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and clinical excellence
Qualifications:

Compensation :
$92,500-110,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
