Job Summary Lead consistency, compliance, and capability across a multi-site operation. The Regional Trainer plays a critical role in ensuring plasma collection centers operate with consistent, compliant, and effective training practices. This role partners closely with Operations, Quality, and Training leadership to deliver hands-on, on-site training, support audit readiness, and maintain training systems that enable centers to meet regulatory, quality, and business expectations. With a strong field presence, the Regional Trainer supports multiple locations, reinforces standardized procedures, and helps drive continuous improvement across the training program. What You'll Do Conduct ongoing field visits to plasma collection centers to review training documentation and verify standardization, best practices, and compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Deliver on-site, hands-on training and field support to plasma collection centers, spending the majority of time in the field supporting operational training needs. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet the needs of plasma collection centers and align with company objectives. Provide administrative and system support through the Compliance Wire Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring Training Coordinators have the tools and resources needed to manage training efficiently. Review and maintain key training records and metrics, including overdue and incomplete training reports, performance observation matrices, revision training documentation, and weekly training metrics across all assigned centers. Organize and coordinate training teams to support area and center-level training initiatives based on direction from the Director, Field Training. Partner with center management to identify training gaps and conduct additional training or retraining as needed to address performance or compliance issues. Support training activities for new plasma collection centers, center conversions, and acquisitions, ensuring training readiness during periods of change or expansion. Identify opportunities for enhanced or supplemental training and communicate recommendations to Training, Operations, and Regional leadership. Assist with competency reviews related to new systems or procedural implementations in collaboration with the Training Department. Work closely with Quality to verify that training programs meet compliance and quality standards and align with regulatory expectations. Perform regular center visits to review operational procedures and confirm consistent implementation of standardized practices. Conduct training audits using iAuditor, communicate findings to Operations, Quality, and Training leadership, and verify that identified deficiencies are corrected within established timelines. Support audit preparation, audit responses, implementation of new systems, and new center development initiatives. Represent the Training Department during audits as required. Collaborate with center leadership to support and coordinate the performance of Training Coordinators and Area Experts. Work cross-functionally with Training, Operations, and Quality teams to ensure training goals are met and sustained across the region. Qualifications Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of plasma operations and related business processes preferred. Proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Office applications. Ability to travel up to 90% of working time to plasma collection centers and other company locations, including overnight travel.
