Your Role:
Shaping the Future of Early Intervention As the Early Intervention Co-Director, you are more than a program leader—you are a strategic partner in ensuring high-quality services for children and families throughout our communities. You will provide operational leadership, workforce oversight, and quality assurance while supporting sustainable program growth and excellence. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Operations Collaborate with Early Intervention leadership to oversee daily operations and strategic initiatives Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of services to ensure exceptional outcomes Develop and enhance operational systems, workflows, and policies Drive process improvement initiatives that strengthen service delivery and organizational effectiveness Promote accountability, consistency, and operational excellence across service regions Staff Leadership & Workforce Development Supervise and mentor program leads and support staff Support recruitment, onboarding, retention, and succession planning efforts Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture aligned with Aprendamos core values Monitor productivity, performance outcomes, and professional development plans Lead coaching and workforce development initiatives that support employee growth and service quality Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with New Mexico FIT Program requirements and organizational policies Monitor documentation quality, data integrity, and performance indicators Support quality improvement initiatives and corrective action planning Serve as a resource for staff regarding compliance, operational procedures, and best practices Fiscal & Operational Management Assist with budget monitoring, resource allocation, and productivity oversight Evaluate staffing models, service capacity, and key performance indicators Support strategic decision-making to ensure program sustainability and growth Family & Community Engagement Build strong partnerships with families, community organizations, healthcare providers, schools, and state agencies Promote awareness of Early Intervention services throughout the community Champion family-centered practices and meaningful engagement in services
What We Are Looking For Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Healthcare, Social Services, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in pediatric, early intervention, healthcare, or family service settings Minimum of 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience
Knowledge & Skills:
