  • Full-time A Club Site Director for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) leads daily operations at a specific branch.
They oversee youth programs, manage staff, and control budgets. Their goal is to create a safe space where children can learn and grow. This includes planning, implementation, supervision, and evaluation of programs that support youth development, academic success, social-emotional wellbeing, leadership, and workforce readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership:
Run programs that focus on education, healthy habits, and good character.
Staff Management:
Hire, train, and guide youth workers.
Safety:
Make sure the club is clean, safe, and welcoming.
Community Outreach:
Build relationships with local schools, parents, and donors.
Job Requirements:
Education:
A four-year college degree in education (preferred), but relevant work experience is highly valued.
Experience:
At least 2-3 years of experience working with youth and leading a team.
