Job Description
Essential Duties:
Follow SQF, USDA, FDA, and local health agency guidelines by developing digital/hands-on training based on the company mission statement. Identifies and assesses current and future training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisal, and consultation with leaders. Works closely with leaders and functional teams to design and deliver functional training plans supporting priorities and development opportunities. Conducts trackable annual training and development for all employees either in-person or web-based. Develops training and development programs and objectives. Obtains and/or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media. Train and coach operational leaders and others involved in employee development efforts. Plans, organizes, facilitates, and orders supplies for employee development and training events. Develops and maintains organizational communications such as board and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources. Overall responsible for planning, creating, and developing the training process and e-learning for all new hires and underperforming employees. Use/ Edit/ Modify the company-dedicated operational training software (Alchemy) along with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, and Outlook. Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization. Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR Staff. The target group level is General Labor (Production, Kitchen, Materials, and Fulfillment) and all the positions that follow within the departments. Responsible for making sure all employees are trained on chemicals and equipment aligned with their position. Responsible for making sure the company follows all GMPs, Allergens, and security while employees are in the training process. Manages training on a quarterly or annual basis for all employees. Remains up to date on corporate training trends and best practices within retail/ food production and manufacturing. Coordinates with the company recruiter for new hire schedule/ training for a three-day standard. Through personal development, always looking for ways to improve the Training & Development process. Maintain schedules, time, and attendance within the Training and Development department using a Time and Attendance platform. Provide monthly training costs and analysis trends, keeping training costs low and effective.Competencies:

Yes Work Environment:
Will work in a warehouse cold environment with refrigerator temperature (35 - 40 degrees F). Office and operational-based environment. While performing the duties of the job, the employee regularly sits for a long period of time, uses hands and fingers, types, talks, and hears.Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of the job, the employee will work in a distribution center environment with moderate to loud noise levels. Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50lbs, and relocate 100(-/+) pounds. Travel Travel may be expected at company expense.Education:
Proven experience or equivalent leadership position High School Diploma/G.E. D/Equivalence Certification in SQF (Level 1,2 &3), USDA, FDA, HAACP College coursework preferred Other certificates applicable toFood Manufacturing and Production Bilingual :
