Supervises operations trainers within a manufacturing environment. University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 6 Years suggested minimum experience. How you will do it:
Optimizing a training calendar based on coordination with recruiting Leverage centrally derived training assets to deliver on-site training programs. Administer, manage and facilitate front-line training for new and existing employees. Schedule onsite training activities, update training calendar accordingly. Optimize scheduling of training programs to deliver continuous efficiencies. Provide feedback to One Learning or Alchemy (central) organization to tailor training programs as necessary Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness in conjunction with Ops leaders. Add or make changes to training based on stakeholder feedback Own train-the-trainer implementation for on-shift trainers and department training leads including evaluation and continuous improvement. Hold on-shift trainers and departments training leads accountable for executing front-line training strategy. Facilitate training as appropriate; present information using different techniques; lecture, group discussion, role play and OTJ to facilitate learning with employees across all shifts. Monitor, evaluate, and record training delivery. Perform safety observations/inspections as required. Participate in incident investigations for injuries and near misses that occur within their area(s). Enforce the use of all required PPE and applicable safety/environmental rules within their department(s). Responsible for the correction of safety/environmental issues discovered within their area(s). Adheres to the Company's Code of Conduct and Business Ethics standards. What we look for:

2+ years experience in a manufacturing environment 2+ years of training and facilitation experience Excellent program management skills Knowledge of adult learning and development best practices Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast paced environment Ability to quickly and effectively solve complex problems Advanced level of proficiency Microsoft Office Suite, the Alchemy system and LMS Ability to create and present training materials in group settings Work independently Prioritize tasks to create efficiencies Ability to flex hours as needed for off shift training sessions Excellent communication, people and training & development skills HIRING SALARY RANGE
$85,200-$106500 (Salary to be determined by the education, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
