JOB SUMMARY
The AUTP Training Lead is responsible for managing all local and regional training activities within the AUTP program. This is a hands-on role that conducts training needs analysis, develops training plans, manages training environments, and supports the delivery and localization of training content. The Training Lead partners closely with the Global Training Team to ensure alignment with global frameworks, standards, and KPIs, while tailoring the learning experience for local markets. The role also provides direct support to Local Training Coordinators, oversees end user training scheduling, and delivers critical training programs such as Train the Trainer.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
(This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary by the Company) 1. Hands-On Training Leadership Conduct end-to-end training needs analysis across business areas and user groups. Develop comprehensive training plans, learning paths, and curriculum structures tailored to AUTP processes and tools. Own and manage the local training environment, including readiness, access, configuration, and scenario preparation. Partner with Local Training Coordinators to ensure smooth, consistent execution of training activities. 2. Collaboration with Global Training Team Work closely with the Global Training Lead to implement global methodologies, frameworks, and training approaches. Ensure local training plans align with global standards, templates, and KPIs. Provide feedback and insights to the Global team to support continuous improvement of global training assets. Support the localization and adaptation of global training materials to meet regional needs while maintaining consistency. 3. Training Design & Content Support Assist with creating, updating, and localizing training materials, job aids, and documentation. Collaborate with Global Instructional Designers (if applicable) to improve training relevance and clarity. Ensure training content aligns with AUTP processes, system changes, and local compliance requirements. 4. Delivery & Execution Oversight Lead the delivery of the Train-the-Trainer program, equipping facilitators with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver training effectively. Support UAT-related training activities, including preparing testers and reinforcing key change impacts. Coordinate and schedule end-user training across all impacted groups and regions. Ensure Local Training Coordinator has the necessary resources, schedules, and tools. 5. Stakeholder Management Partner with operational leaders, SMEs, and functional teams to identify training gaps and ensure readiness for deployment. Serve as a key contact for training-related inquiries within the AUTP program. Communicate progress, risks, and insights to the AUTP Change Tower Lead and other program leaders. 6. Quality Assurance & Measurement Track and report training KPIs and metrics at the local/regional level. Monitor training effectiveness through surveys, feedback sessions, and performance outcomes. Ensure training execution meets both global expectations and local regulatory or compliance requirements. 7. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to enhance training delivery methods, tools, and learner experience. Recommend improvements to global and local training processes. Stay informed on L&D best practices and apply them to AUTP training initiatives. Qualifications
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, HR, Learning & Development, Information Systems, or a related field. 5+ years of Learning & Development experience, with a focus on large-scale transformations or system implementations. Hands-on experience delivering training for SAP implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA, including understanding SAP business processes, working with SAP training sandboxes, Fiori interfaces and role-based access, supporting or leading SAP UAT training or super user preparation. Proven ability to run Training Needs Analysis (TNA), role-to-training mapping, curriculum and learning path design for business process training, Train-the-Trainer programs, end-user training delivery and scheduling. Experience partnering with global teams while executing training activities locally. Experience with SAP Enable Now (SEN) or similar digital adoption tools is a strong plus. Strong understanding of
SAP S/4HANA
concepts, including Fiori navigation, end-to-end process flows, key changes from ECC to S/4HANA. Ability to interpret process documentation, functional specs, and system workflows to create training content. Experience working with LMS platforms and digital learning tools (e-learning software, virtual facilitation tools, recording tools, etc.). Advanced facilitation skills, comfortable leading diverse audiences (end users, SMEs, managers). Experience preparing trainers, super users, SMEs, or local training coordinators for delivery success. Ability to simplify complex SAP processes into clear, engaging training experiences. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise across business functions and levels. Excellent project management skills; able to manage training timelines, risks, dependencies, and logistics. Problem solving mindset with the ability to adjust training plans in fast moving project environments. Ability to work both independently (hands on) and in coordination with a global training governance structure. Friday Annual Base Salary Range:
$103761.00 - $138347.00 Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus or incentive compensation.
