Change Manager for
Training Development:
On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Change Manager for Training Development for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client's Lone Tree, Colorado office. Change Manager for Training Development
  • Job Description:
    This role focuses on translating change impacts into effective training and enablement materials to help employees successfully adopt new processes, tools, or ways of working. The project supports large AI and operating model initiatives, requiring the development of training artifacts aligned with change management strategies. Change Manager for Training Development
  • Responsibilities:
  • Partner with change managers to understand change impacts and learning needs
  • Design and develop training assets such as instructor-led materials and self-paced learning content
  • Create job aids, quick reference guides, and process walkthroughs
  • Support training plans and learning timelines aligned to change milestones
  • Ensure training content aligns with change messaging and target behaviors
  • Participate in testing and refinement of training materials based on feedback
  • Support coordination with learning platforms or delivery partners as needed Change Manager for Training Development
  • Mandatory Skills:
  • 2-4 years of experience in training development, instructional design, or learning support roles
  • Working knowledge of adult learning principles
  • Experience creating structured training content and job aids
  • Basic understanding of change management concepts and how training supports adoption

  • Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) or LMS platforms
