We celebrate clinical excellence , reward longevity , and support your career growth in every stage. About the Role This position combines leadership, training, and clinical responsibilities. The Clinical Training Supervisor serves as the organization's primary trainer, ensuring employees are well-prepared, compliant, and equipped to provide high-quality services. In addition, this role maintains a minimum of 20 billable clinical hours per week through direct services and supervision activities. Key Responsibilities Training & Professional Development Coordinate and facilitate company-wide training programs. Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding for clinical staff.
Deliver certification trainings including:
BLS/CPR Safety Care Crisis Management & Safety Procedures Company Policies & Procedures Provide clinical skills training to Behavior Technicians and RBTs. Develop training materials, competency assessments, and training manuals. Conduct training observations and competency evaluations. Collaborate with clinical leadership to identify training needs and implement improvement plans. Monitor training effectiveness and recommend program enhancements. Onboarding & Employee Development Manage the onboarding process from hire through successful orientation completion. Ensure all onboarding requirements and documentation are completed. Coordinate onboarding schedules with supervisors and operational teams. Serve as a mentor and resource for newly hired staff. Monitor employee progress and provide feedback to leadership. Certification & Compliance Maintain employee certification and training records. Track certification expiration dates and coordinate renewals. Schedule recertification courses and competency assessments. Ensure compliance with BACB, payer, state, and company requirements. Generate certification and training compliance reports. Maintain audit-ready documentation. Clinical Responsibilities Maintain a minimum of 20 billable hours per week. Provide supervision to a small caseload Support behavior intervention and skill acquisition programming. Conduct observations, caregiver collaboration, staff coaching, and data review. Compensation & Benefits :
