Lead and oversee multiple departments, ensuring effective management and coordination across teams. Drive curriculum development initiatives to enhance educational programs and improve student outcomes. Spearhead fundraising efforts to secure resources necessary for program expansion and organizational stability. Manage budgeting processes, monitor financial performance, and ensure responsible allocation of resources. Provide senior leadership by setting clear goals, mentoring managers, and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. Supervise staff members, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development activities. Represent the organization at public speaking engagements, community events, and stakeholder meetings to promote our mission and build partnerships. Oversee education administration tasks such as compliance, accreditation, and curriculum standards adherence. Collaborate with educators to enhance classroom experiences and support working with students to improve engagement and learning outcomes. Skills Extensive experience in education administration, teaching, or related fields with a strong understanding of classroom dynamics. Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams at senior levels; ability to motivate and inspire others. Expertise in strategic planning, program development, and organizational management. Strong background in fundraising strategies and resource development efforts. Proficiency in budgeting, financial oversight, and resource allocation. Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences. Supervising experience with a focus on staff development, performance management, and fostering a positive work environment. Knowledge of curriculum development processes to ensure high-quality educational offerings
