Description The Senior Manager Organizational Performance and Training is expected to provide support to the training department for team member training, leadership development and operator certifications In addition, the position will verify that compliance training is completed at all locations Oversight of Training Departments at the company's plants Develop training required by the plants and company Conduct front-line training at plants as required Evaluate training completed Maintain all necessary records Skills Development, Project management Additional Skills & Qualifications Food manufacturing experience

Education:

Advanced degree in Business, Education, Leadership or a related field is required. Experience Level Expert Level Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Memphis, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $145000.00/yr. This person will receive benefits, profit sharing, as well as 401K matching.
