Were looking for a Talent Leader who wants real ownershipand real impact. In this role, youll shape how employees learn, grow, and progress across a multi-site manufacturing organization. Youll lead our core training and leadership development programs and expand your influence into broader talent development efforts. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone ready to connect training with long-term talent strategy. If youre passionate about developing people, building leadership pipelines, and strengthening organizational capability, this role offers the visibility, influence, and support to do meaningful work at scale. •Please note, we are not able to consider candidates who currently or in the future will require VISA sponsorship.
