In the role of a Training Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to: Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him Work with U.S. Rebuild department leads to develop and implement office staff, field staff, and Rebuild volunteer training strategies that align with ministry goals and needs. Utilize and recommend learning resources currently available through the Samaritans Purse Learning Management system and other ministry resources. Support U.S. Rebuild Department leads and subject matter experts in the design, maintenance, and delivery of curriculum through instructor-led, online, and blended training programs that align with core competencies and integrate in-person and on-the-job learning experiences. Monitor and refine training programs based on evaluation data and operational feedback. Work closely with U.S. Rebuild department leads and technology team in the development of training to support system updates and implementations, including change management communications, training, and post-implementation follow-up. Provide on-site or remote training support during new rebuild program launches and key system implementations. Maintain the U.S. Rebuild training database and training records for all office and field staff. All other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience :

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university and two (2) to three (3) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Knowledge of adult learning principles and learning design best practices High degree of public speaking, written communication, and presentation skills Ability to coach and mentor others 12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies preferred (not required)
