Position summary tly support workforce readiness, operational excellence, and long-term organizational transformation . How you'll make an impact Design, lead, and continuously improve training and development programs that build skills, performance, and engagement. Partner with HUB leadership, Operations, HRBPs, and support functions to identify training needs and implement effective solutions. Enhance onboarding programs to support successful integration and early productivity. Track, analyze, and act on training KPIs to improve program effectiveness and outcomes. Execute training plans aligned to business and operational goals. Maintain and optimize training systems to track, monitor, and measure learning effectiveness. Develop training materials and empower Trainers to deliver engaging sessions using adult learning principles. Promote accountability for training through insights on engagement and capability development. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines•.•Your back-ground Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience designing, administering, and delivering training programs. Hands-on experience with lean management systems. Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving, matrixed manufacturing environment. Strong project management capability, including stakeholder engagement and milestone delivery.
