We are currently hiring a full-time Job Development Coach to join our growing team and support our operation. The ideal candidate will oversee the training and development of team members to ensure success and meaning with their organizational experiences. Work with individual team members to ensure job-readiness and workplace success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support and guidance to new hires to assist with their development of job skills and understanding Provide support and guidance to transferred employees to assist with their development of job skills and understanding Develop and improve training program to provide individual and organization success Conduct training on applicable job descriptions, work instructions, SOP's, control plans and other job specific requirements Conduct training on job safety specific to work area Document all training and effectiveness of training Maintain training matrix Conduct follow-up meetings with employees to remain engaged in their success and address issues
QUALIFICATIONS
): Working understanding of quality management systems and government regulations compliance such as IATF-16949, as9100, ITAR/ERA, FAR and DFARS preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of workplace expectations and employment practices Experience in workforce development, training or related field preferred Experience in metal fabrication and welding preferred Be personally energetic, dynamic, positive, enthusiastic and possess the ability to think laterally and act through reasoned decision making Proficient with
Microsoft Office Suite Pay:
From $25.00 per hour
