Full-time Leadership Candidates earn a minimum of $19 per hour and have the option to purchase medical benefits. Characteristics We are seeking Leadership Candidates who demonstrate humility, honesty, integrity, commitment, passion, good communication, decision making, empathy, awareness, and accountability; who are focused on doing the right thing, the right way, every time; who want to know how their jobs tie into metrics that drive the Restaurant to greater success; and who help create a culture of teamwork and positivity.
