Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Training Manager to lead our training initiatives and develop a high-performing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on training programs that will teach our employee's skills and knowledge to be successful in their job. The ideal candidate is passionate about employee development, possesses strong leadership qualities, great communication skills and has experience managing training processes in a dynamic service environment. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of our team and the overall success of our organization. Duties Follow training programs tailored to different roles, including onboarding, skills enhancement, and leadership development. Conduct engaging training sessions for new hires and existing staff to ensure they meet company standards and procedures. Collaborate with management to identify training needs and create strategies that support organizational goals. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Manage scheduling of training sessions to accommodate store operations while minimizing disruptions. Support managers in coaching employees on performance improvement and career growth opportunities. Maintain accurate records of training activities, certifications, and employee progress for compliance purposes. Help conduct interviews to ensure staffing is maintained at a good level. Skills Proven experience in training & development, restaurant management, or a related supervisory role with team management responsibilities. Strong communication skills to deliver clear instructions and motivate diverse audiences. Excellent organizational skills to plan, coordinate, and execute multiple training programs simultaneously. Ability to assess learning needs through interviews, observations, and performance reviews. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging a diverse workforce. Leadership qualities with a knack for coaching, mentoring, and fostering a positive learning environment.

$15.00 per hour
