This model allows us to positively impact the industry supply chain and help patients gain access to the medication they need. The Senior Manager of Training and Development is a pivotal leadership role within Join Parachute's organization. This role is responsible for defining, leading, and executing the strategic vision for revamping our training and development programs. This role oversees content creation, learning architecture, training, and efficacy reporting. Key Responsibilities Manage a team of Learning and Development Specialists/Managers who design, development, and implement new training practices at corporate and local level. Foster a culture of continuous learning, coaching, and development within the team, ensuring individual and collective growth. Critically identify locations where automation and AI can enhance outcomes, design and implement solutions that streamline processes and improve results. Translate complex business challenges and opportunities into innovative and measurable learning and development strategies that drive tangible commercial outcomes. Work with cross-functional stakeholders to proactively identify gaps, propose solutions, and contribute to the overall mission of the department. Design and oversee functionally focused global leadership development programs across levels, including senior leaders and entry level employees. Set the strategy for role-specific and functional training for new hires across corporate and field roles, establishing ramp-time benchmarks and ensuring consistent execution at every location, in partnership with the People team's onboarding program. Build and refine training programs that meet the rigorous standards of a regulated environment without sacrificing the speed and culture of a fast-growth startup. Design and implement a comprehensive measurement framework that evaluates efficacy and ROI of programs developed. Define the strategy for the learning technology ecosystem, including the LMS, content library, and learner analytics, and oversee vendor management and operational delivery. Own accountability for compliance and regulatory training, ensuring programs are current, auditable, and aligned with industry standards in partnership with Legal, Compliance, and Quality. Own the training and development budget, including forecasting, allocation, and ROI accountability Perform other duties as assigned. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Analytical mindset

You are comfortable with ambiguity and can pivot strategies as fast as the market shifts. Ideal candidates will have experience working in regulated industries and startup/hyper growth experience Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. 8+ years of experience in instructional design and corporate training, with a minimum of 3 years+ managing teams Work Environment & Physical Requirements Frequently performs work while sitting in front of a computer. Position is mainly sedentary work (office work) but on occasion may include lifting and moving items. Movements frequently and regularly required using wrists, hands and/or fingers.
