Compensation:
Up to $65,000 DOE | Benefits Included | Travel ~1-2 weeks/month Yogurtland is looking for a passionate, hands-on Franchise Training & Compliance Field Specialist who's ready to be in the field, in the classroom, and in the action. If you love developing people, thrive on variety, and are energized by travel and making a direct impact on store performance, this role was built for you. You'll play a critical role in shaping how our franchisees, managers, and crew members learn, grow, and represent the Yogurtland brand. What You'll Do Training Facilitation & Scheduling Schedule and facilitate Franchisee and Manager training courses; coordinate with Business Development on franchisee placement. Send welcome communications and course details to participants; maintain classroom materials, handouts, and instructional aids. Assess Franchisee and Manager progress, identify training gaps, and make recommendations to the Training Manager. Content Development & LMS Management Assist in capturing, editing, and building classroom training content and certification materials. Create and edit courses in the company's Learning Management System (LMS); assign and maintain franchisee exams. Upload and maintain required certifications in FranConnect. Certification & Compliance Conduct Training Store Manager and Training Manager certifications. Perform on-site Store Manager and Shift Leader certifications. Conduct compliance reviews as needed to ensure brand and operational standards are upheld. New Store Openings & Field Support Travel to new store openings to lead and assist in team training. Follow up on new store openings and transfers to confirm that training learnings are being applied. Develop Training Managers and support the broader Training Team in California and across markets. What You Bring Minimum 1 year of training or facilitation experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and video-editing software. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud. ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain). Exceptional communication and presentation skills — you're comfortable in front of a room. Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities across locations. Willingness and ability to travel approximately 1-2 weeks per month. Our Culture —
