100% Onsite Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a client in Fort Worth to identify a dynamic Learning & Development Manager to lead and advance enterprise-wide learning initiatives. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity ideal for a strategic L&D professional passionate about leadership development, training systems, and governance. Role Overview The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for designing, leading, and coordinating comprehensive learning and development programs with a strong emphasis on leadership competency development. This role owns learning platforms, training roadmaps, and governance processes while ensuring organizational alignment, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Policy Development (40%) Develop and execute enterprise learning and development strategies aligned with business objectives Design, implement, and maintain leadership development programs and competency models Define and standardize learning policies, frameworks, and procedures across the organization Communication & Coordination (20%) Partner with internal stakeholders, trainers, and business leaders to align training initiatives with organizational needs Serve as the central point of contact for leadership competency programs and training roadmaps Actively promote the Leadership Competency Program across the organization Compliance & Governance (20%) Ensure all learning programs and processes comply with internal policies and applicable legal and regulatory requirements Conduct ongoing reviews to ensure adherence to established standards and procedures Audit & Continuous Improvement (20%) Manage the annual plan for internal and external audits related to learning and development Track audit findings, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement across training systems and processes System Ownership & Key Roles CSOD (Cornerstone OnDemand) Administrator IDL Training Coordinator DLT Plan Coordinator Training Roadmap System Coordinator Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field Demonstrated experience leading a Learning & Development function Minimum of 5 years' experience in competency design and implementation At least 3 years of project management experience At least 3 years of experience serving as an internal trainer in an industrial or corporate environment Essential Skills & Competencies Deep knowledge of competency and talent management Strong systems thinking and strategic mindset Solid business acumen with a customer-focused approach Proven leadership, influence, and decision-making abilities Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Working knowledge of project management principles Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams Demonstrated people leadership and team management experience All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
