Job Description:
Training & Development Manager (Manufacturing) ?? Fort Worth, TX (Onsite) ?? $80,000 | Full-Time | Direct Hire We're seeking a Training & Development Manager to lead training initiatives in a manufacturing environment , with a strong focus on leadership development, workforce competency, and operational training programs. This role partners closely with plant leadership to ensure training aligns with production goals, safety standards, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead training strategy, workforce development, and competency programs within a manufacturing setting Develop and manage leadership training and technical training roadmaps Administer training systems (CSOD) and track employee development progress Partner with plant leaders and operations teams to align training with production needs Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company training requirements Support audits and drive continuous improvement across training programs
Requirements:
