You will serve as the organization's first and founding development officer, joining the Executive Leadership Team and reporting directly to the President & CEO. This is a pioneering role—the organization is building its donor development function from the ground up, and the person who steps into this position will have the rare opportunity to architect something that does not yet exist. The ideal candidate will combine the relational warmth of a pastor with the strategic mind of an advancement professional and the entrepreneurial drive of a builder.
