About the Position The Site Training Supervisor designs, develops and facilitates site-based learning programs in support of the customer business plan and corporate-based initiatives. The individual provides oversight of training resources to ensure the effectiveness of the learning program to associates. Remaining current on training design and methodology is key to the success of the role. Functions Facilitates training through a variety of delivery methods (i.e. classroom, on-the-job, etc.) to associates following best practices, corporate training methodologies and processes; continually assess and evaluate training services against the site's business plan and the needs of the employees to ensure effectiveness. Partner with site-based leaders and corporate stakeholders to identify training opportunities for the site and specific employees (or population of employees); maintain training records and key metrics on training outcomes. Develop and administer best practices on process documentation and key performance indicators around productivity and quality. Consult with site-based leaders and employees on specific training needs and development of individual development plans or performance improvement plans, as applicable. Contributes to the design, development and production of training materials, documents and manuals to ensure consistency and quality of content and delivery to meet the specific needs of the training programs Coordinates necessary logistical needs to facilitate training (i.e. training space, materials, calendar events, etc.) and maintain relationships with approved external training suppliers. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field/experience required. Minimum 3 years' experience designing, developing and delivering curriculum in either a site or corporate environments following best practice methodologies and robust corporate standards required. Prior experience with adult instructional and learning therapies/principals desired. Prior experience with learning management systems (i.e. UltiPro, SAP, etc.) highly desired. Certifications to deliver vendor programs, Association of Training & Development (ATD), project management, event planning or related highly desired with the ability to earn and maintain TWI Trainer Certification required.
