Responsibilities:
Design and implement comprehensive measurement strategies aligned with business and learning goals; develop and maintain evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness of Learning and Development programs, including behavior change, and business impact Build and deploy a range of effective data collection methods including surveys, knowledge assessments, focus groups, and others; analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights and recommendations while demonstrating expertise in data wrangling, statistical analysis, and management of large data sets Create compelling dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders; translate complex data into clear narratives that influence decision-making and learning design Partner with learning teams, business leaders, and analytics teams to identify KPIs and success metrics that align with business goals; serve as a trusted advisor on learning impact and performance improvement Act with integrity and professionalism to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
Minimum five years of recent experience in learning measurement, evaluation, or analytics in a professional services or corporate environment is preferred Master's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, business, or related field is required. Experience with Kirkpatrick's model, ROI methodology, or other evaluation frameworks; background with statistical analysis and research methods Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (such as, Excel, Power BI, Alteryx) and survey platforms Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment; Change management or organizational development experience is desirable Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and learning experience platforms (LXP) Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
