Residential Cleaning Trainer — HD Clean Lead the standard. Build the people. Shape what comes next. This role is for someone who takes pride in mastery, leadership, and building people the right way. WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Trainers at HD Clean are expected to remain strong individual contributors while developing others.
Your responsibilities will include:
Training new technicians during their first week of hands-on onboarding Cleaning alongside trainees and modeling HD Clean standards in real time Conducting feedback visits during weeks 2-12 of onboarding , as assigned Coaching technicians on quality, speed, professionalism, and care Documenting training progress clearly, honestly, and consistently Supporting Field Supervisors in maintaining quality and coverage Continuing to clean homes when not actively training This role requires both technical excellence and leadership presence. Trainees will learn from what you say, but even more from what you do.
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
$70,000-$80,000 annual salary , based on experience and performance Weekly pay Full-time weekday schedule No nights, no weekends Year-round work with no seasonal layoffs
