TRAINING SPECIALIST CERTIFIED COMMUNITY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CLINIC

Electronic Record Keeping Experience will receive priority. Job Description Summary of Responsibilities The Training Specialist is responsible for training staff, including clinical education and agency processes. Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge of the agency's electronic medical record system is essential for this role. Examples of Job Requirements Facilitate Clinical Orientation for new employees. Collaborate closely with Supervisors and Mentors to monitor employee training progress and comprehension. Provide initial detailed training of the electronic record-keeping system as well as ongoing training . Use reports to share best practices and strategies with new or current employees for meeting individual productivity standards . Utilize reports and share best practices to reduce error rates . Facilitate online Medicine Assistance Certification (MAC I) training as required for residential staff. Navigate and apply Medicaid Standards and Administrative Code . Troubleshoot and identify problematic trends. Facilitate professional training and development activities. Provide client services when requested by the supervisor. Facilitate Mental Health First Aid training. Frequent automobile travel is required to various facilities. Supervisor The immediate supervisor for this position will be the Human Resources Coordinator . Required Qualifications A Master's degree in a clinical area, which also required a clinical practicum. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills .
