POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Training Specialist is an experienced training professional responsible for delivering high-quality, role-specific education and supporting the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs across assigned departments. This role serves as an advanced trainer and subject matter resource, bridging the gap between entry-level Training Specialists and leadership roles, without direct supervisory responsibility. The Senior Training Specialist demonstrates strong clinical or educational expertise, deep knowledge of multiple training curricula, and the ability to independently facilitate learning that supports operational excellence, compliance, and employee readiness.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education:
Clinical credential (LPN or RN) or specialized training/degree in education, instructional design, or related field.
Licensure :
Active RN or LPN license in Arkansas or compact state preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-year clinical experience. Experience training or mentoring nurses, MAs, or similar staff preferred. Familiarity with specialty care workflows and hybrid clinical/admin roles is a plus.
