Job Description
Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Training Specialist to join their growing team supporting the Semiconductor Industry. This role is responsible for the local delivery, coordination, and continuous improvement of functional and product training for Service Technology Center (STC) employees to ensure required competency and performance standards are met. The Training Specialist partners with STC leadership and global training teams to design, implement, and manage training programs aligned to global frameworks, individual training plans, and business objectives. They conduct training needs assessments, maintain training records and curricula within Learning Link, and support onboarding and new hire acclimation activities. The role directs structured learning experiences, evaluates training effectiveness using established evaluation principles, and ensures skills learned are applied on the job. This position also supports local product training, NPI capability, and ongoing workforce development initiatives across the STC.
