(Primary) Job Type Full-Time Job Description/Announcement STS International is seeking an experienced Instructors to provide Combat Simulator Management Support services for the Naval Construction Force (NCF), assigned to Naval Construction Group One (NCG 1) Port Hueneme, California Port Hueneme, CA. T his position will be located at a client site in Port Hueneme, CA.. All candidates must be in the Port Hueneme, CA, commuting area or be willing to relocate at his/her expense. Position Roles and Responsibilities Manage and operate the Indoor Simulated Marksmanship Trainer (Enhanced), ISMT (E), program. Responsible for all systems status, maintenance, and training of instructors and ensuring quality of instruction to units. Using a training schedule, schedule and operate the ISMT (E) combat skills courses and record and input training data for various tenant commands. Assist in the development of training plans; be responsible for training assistant operators; and maintain the accountability of systems components. Minimum/General Experience Minimum of one year experience, skill and knowledge in the operation of the Indoor Simulated Marksmanship Training - Enhanced (ISMT-E) Program or Firearms Training Simulator (FATS) Program Demonstrated skills in typing/keyboarding, organizing, and Microsoft Office Professional applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other applicable programs Working knowledge and skill to properly organize, illustrate, and interpret course material to give expressions to the abstract principle and concepts associated with the subject matter, and to make substantive recommendations for changes to the course. Experience in teaching, public speaking, typing/keyboarding, organizing, Microsoft Office Professional applications, mainframe and LAN computing operations, analyzing problems and flowcharts.
