Based in Los Angeles or New York, you are the key link between the training strategy defined at headquarters and its concrete execution on the field. You are a true brand ambassador, deeply embedded in the day-to-day reality of our store teams. Your role is to ensure that every Sézane team member is equipped, inspired, and aligned with our standards — from the training floor to the fitting room. Objectives Field Training Execution & Animation Understand, digest and translate the training strategy into impactful field actions Deliver and animate training sessions in stores across your region (product knowledge, customer experience, sales techniques, brand culture) Ensure the consistent application of training content across all stores in your scope Identify learning gaps through daily floor observations and relay insights to the US Training & Retail Excellence Manager Support the roll-out and adoption of the Training APP by store teams Regional Store Coverage Conduct regular store visits across your region to coach, observe and support store teams in real time Be a hands-on presence on the floor, leading by example and coaching through action Adapt your approach to each store's needs and team dynamics Frequent travel required, including weekends Onboarding & New Staff Integration Facilitate new staff induction sessions in alignment with the defined onboarding path Ensure every new team member gets a warm, structured and brand-consistent welcome Monitor the integration of new joiners and flag any support needs to Store Managers and the Training Manager Content Activation & Follow-up Bring training content to life through engaging and interactive facilitation Collect and consolidate field feedback on content relevance and effectiveness Suggest content adjustments based on field reality and share observations with the Training Manager Contribute to the preparation of team seminars and training events Uniform & Brand Image Standards Help implement new uniform silhouettes in stores, guide team members in making the best styling choices and support them through the change Ensure the uniform guideline is properly implemented and respected across all stores in your scope Ensure the floor atmosphere and team presentation always reflect the Sézane brand identity Flag any non-compliance and support Store Managers in implementing corrective actions Be a daily embodiment of Sézane's brand image Reporting & Communication Provide structured visit reports after each store visit (observations, coaching actions, follow-ups needed) Track individual and team progress indicators and share updates with the Training Manager Maintain a close and regular communication loop with store referents and managers Requirements Experience in a field training, retail coaching or store management role, ideally within Fashion, Jewelry or Beauty Fluent in English, strong French culture understanding is a plus Creative with a strong ability to bring content to life in an engaging and inspiring way Comfortable with both listening and asserting standards when needed Organised and autonomous, with strong time and territory management skills Detail-oriented, especially when it comes to brand image and uniform standards Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you connect easily with diverse profiles A natural coach and facilitator, you know how to engage, motivate and develop people Understanding of retail operations and customer experience standards Agile, curious and eager to grow within a fast-paced, creative environment Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance 401k Generous PTO Policy
